Statute
To have a funded base for work, the self administration developed the articles of association.
The articles of association comprise 15 pages and regulate the voting, the tasks and the area
of responsibility of the HSV. To legitimate the articles of association, all habitants were
provided with a printed version. In October 2004 the majority of habitants accepted the
articles of association.
